I have experience in helping clients in coping with and recovering from stress and anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, and anger management/release. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In my practice, I address all aspects of the self: the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical.
