Service Description

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama with professional work experience since achieving my Masters degree in Counseling and Psychology in 2012. I am currently working through Ellie Mental Health (elliementalhealth.com, office: (334) 489-5270). I have experience in helping clients in coping with and recovering from stress and anxiety, addictions, grief and loss, and anger management/release. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. In my practice, I address all aspects of the self: the mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical. Additional areas of focus: LGBT, Relationship issues, Family conflicts, Trauma and abuse, Intimacy-related issues, Eating disorders, Sleeping disorders, Parenting issues, Career difficulties, Bipolar disorder, Coping with life changes, Coaching, Compassion fatigue, ADHD, Body Image, Codependency, Drug and Alcohol Addiction, First Responder Issues, Forgiveness, Gender Dysphoria, Guilt and Shame, Hospice and End of Life Counseling, Military and Veterans Issues, Multicultural Concerns, Paranoia, Prejudice and Discrimination, Process addiction (porn, exercise, gambling).
